Police arrest one suspect in Kelantan kidnapping; manhunt continues for accomplice
Authorities have detained one suspect in connection with a kidnapping in Kelantan where two men were abducted as collateral on June 6 and smuggled to Thailand. A second perpetrator remains at large.
