Singapore Man, 20, Sentenced to Reformative Training for Raping Girls Aged 13 and 14
A 20-year-old Singapore man has been ordered to undergo at least one year of reformative training after pleading guilty to raping two girls aged 13 and 14 whom he met on the now-defunct Omegle platform, and possessing intimate images of his teenage cousin.
