Ex-IT Engineer Fined RM18,000 for Identity Card Fraud in Budi95 Subsidy Scheme
A former information technology engineer in Besut has been convicted and fined RM18,000 after admitting to three counts of misusing other people's identity cards in connection with the Budi95 subsidy scheme.
