Anwar Government Moves to Dismiss Opposition Challenge to Malaysia-US Trade Deal
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim's government has filed an application to strike out a lawsuit brought by opposition MPs challenging the Malaysia-US trade deal. The opposition simultaneously sought referral of constitutional questions to the Federal Court.
